Along with the era of Internet+,big data,Industry 4.0,our society is in a new environment,with the rapid development of communication technology and the ubiquity of network coverage,every moment can produce all kinds of date and information.College students as a special kind of groups in the society,whether can search to the related information quickly and comprehensively according to their own needs,then distinguish,absorb and make use of vast amounts of digital resources efficiently,this will put forward higher requirements on online information seeking behaviors of college students.In this paper,information seeking behaviors of college students online shopping are regarded as the perspective of the research by adopting the combination of “qualitative and quantitative”method,then it gets the the result of the current situation and influence factors of online information seeking behaviors of college students,and tests the linear relationship between the influencing factors and online information seeking behaviors of college students and the test result of the various factors,and puts forward relevant counter measures at last,specific research steps are as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzes online information seeking behaviors of college students on the oretical research,the research object,influential factors by the literature.At the same time,this paper states ideas,methods,contents and innovation points of the research and analyzes connotation,type of online information seeking behaviors of college students and its influence on college students' studying and life,these are as the research foundation of online information seeking behaviors of college students.Secondly,this paper acquires date through the method of depth interview to college students and arranges related literature,then combines grounded theory to analyze the interview records and literature by three steps of open coding,axial coding,selective coding,then comes out the key factors of college students when they are online shopping,and confirms three factors of personal,websites,situation finally.Lastly,this paper puts forward 12 assumptions,then designs the questionaires according to scale,then provides to college students in different universities and areas,this paper uses factor analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and inspects characteristic variable to process date by SPSS software,and verifies and analyzes relevant assumptions and results.Finally according to the results,summarizes the counter measures of improving online information seeking behaviors of college students.
