IPO refers to the enterprise's initial public offering to investors through the stock exchange to raise funds for the development process.Now more and more business through an initial public offering of the way listed companies.Our IPO approval system to take on the more stringent audit listed companies and must take a series of measures to regulate the content of the audit requirements in order to achieve a successful listing.From the current point of view,One of the main reasons businesses fail is listed on tax issues,Various capital markets are also attached considerable importance to corporate tax issues,Former listed companies do a lot of preparatory work,and do business arrangement is a very important job content taxation.Tax issues potential tax risks not only in the economy of the enterprise caused serious losses to the enterprise but also damage the reputation on,Probably because even the tax authorities administrative or criminal liability resulting from corporate management changed,so that enterprises suffered heavy losses.Therefore,it is expected listed companies to pay more attention to their own tax issues.The current company to be listed on the IPO review the tax issues the lack of tax risk management awareness,If the company cannot be listed on the timely identification of these risks and do prevention and control,it is likely to lead failure listed.Therefore the purpose of having a practical significance for tax risk management study proposed IPO companies,which is the research topic of this article.By studying the tax problems caused by the failure of IPO companies,tax-related risk analysis,proposed to be listed companies exist in the IPO process of tax risk point.At the same summary from the existing failed business case in a tax audit departments focus of interest in the IPO,which in turn is expected to listed companies have put forward reasonable proposals.
