Measurement And Research Of Influencing Factors About Producer Service's Efficiency In Inner Mongolia

Producer services as an intermediate service industry,provide intermediary services for industrial production process and is the core of the modern service industry.Producer services exist in manufacturing industry and plays an important role on deepening the reform of the industry,refining industry division of labor and strengthening industrial convergence,its development level is one of the important sign of measuring national economic development.With the deepening of China's economic reform,service level of many developed provinces and municipalities directly under the central government gradually improve,has started to carry on the transformation and upgrading,the transformation of productive service industry has become the important part of China's service industry transformation.In recent years,our country also started to pay attention to the development of producer services,the state council had post that points out that the development of producer services has been contributing a lot of power to the economic development of China,which brings opportunities and challenges for the economic development of Inner Mongolia.Inner Mongolia is located in the north of our country and rich in resources,its industrial development is obvious and other industry is relatively backward.In order to optimize the industrial structure and achieve the rapid development of economy,since the 21 st century,Inner Mongolia has been committed to the economic system reform and economic restructuring.Now,Inner Mongolia is in the crucial stage of optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,in order to guarantee speed and quality of the economic development in Inner Mongolia,it is necessary to speed up the development of producer services of progress,not only can promote transformation and upgrading of producer services in Inner Mongolia,also for Inner Mongolia economic development provides a train of thought.Producer services will have become the focus of the economic development of Inner Mongolia area,and it is also the objective requirement of stimulating the domestic demand of society potential,expanding employment opportunities and improving the people's livelihood.This thesis uses Hicks-Moorsteen index method to measure and decompose the efficiency of producer services in Inner Mongolia.Firstly,this thesis arranged and analyzed the domestic and foreign relevant literature about the development of the producer services,and seek methods fit the actual situation of Inner Mongolia,then expounded the basic concept of producer services development,including concept,scope,classification of producer services and efficiency.After demonstrating the mechanism of action of producer services on economic growth,mainly including promoting the deepening of social division and technological progress,driving optimization of industrial structure and expanding employment.Secondly,from the present conditions of producer services in Inner Mongolia the views,this thesis makes the longitudinal comparison about three aspects of the industry scale,output structure,investment structure,and makes horizontal longitudinal comparison about Beijing,Shandong and Shanxi provinces in three different levels of development,and finding out the existing problems in the development of producer services of Inner Mongolia itself,and the gap with advanced provinces and cities,which is the empirical analysis in the later.Again,From the angles of dynamic and static,using Hicks-Moorsteen index method measure efficiency of producer services and subdivision industry in Inner Mongolia,and measure and decompose the efficiency value of each segment of producer services industry in the western region from 2005 to 2014 and in 2014,at the same time,that compare the Inner Mongolia with other 11 provinces and cities in the western region.Conclusion:(1)Except for 2012 and 2013,TFP of producer services of Inner Mongolia are positive growth from 2004 to 2014,but growth trend is a downward trend.TFP of each segment industries of producer services have also a larger difference,and the cause of the TFP growth are different.(2)Through the static and dynamic contrast of Inner Mongolia producer services with other 11 provinces and cities in western,This thesis indicate technical progress and technical efficiency and scale efficiency and residual mixing efficiency in 12 western provinces and cities are significant differences,and only financial industry is effective in comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency;In provinces and cities,most industries is in the stage of scale increasing return,only in Guizhou,Gansu and Inner Mongolia,transportation,warehousing and postal service is in a state of scale diminishing returns.For these industries,we should vigorously put into the labor and capital,to achieve the goal of production optimization.(3)In the Inner Mongolia,only information transmission,computer services,software,leasing and business services has certain resources waste and crowding,no such problem in other industries.Finally,selecting the appropriate indicators and using Tobit model to analyze the influence factors of the efficiency of producer services,and in order to the steady development of producer services and improving efficiency of Inner Mongolia,some suggestions are given.
