Up to now, the province has a number of national agricultural high-tech park, such as the national agricultural science and Technology Park in Yueyang and Wangcheng national agricultural science and Technology Park, a total of five. Therefore, how to promote the combination of agricultural high-tech enterprises and venture capital in Hunan Province, it is particularly important.In this study, combined with domestic and international theoretical research and empirical data, the development status of Hunan Province agricultural high and new technology enterprise development state, province of venture capital and Hunan Province agricultural high and new technology enterprise risk investment and development status is a general statement. Then analyzes the status and problems of the risk investment of agricultural high-tech enterprises in Hunan, through the analysis of the characteristics and problems of agricultural high-tech enterprises in Hunan to lay the foundation for the development of countermeasures. Empirical research part is the willingness to invest in Hunan agricultural high and new technology enterprise risk analysis, using logistic model impact on the willingness to invest in high-tech enterprises in Hunan agricultural risk factors research, to study according to the willingness to invest in agricultural high-tech enterprises to formulate development strategies to provide policy recommendations.
