Research On Administrative Protection Of Enterprise State Owned Assets

The state-owned assets are very important strategic resources of our socialist market economy, and related to the safety of our national economy. Enterprise state-owned assets are an important part of state-owned assets,and the value of enterprise state-owned assets are very significant to the overall interests of our country. Although enterprise state-owned assets has attracted academics and politicians concern and attention, every year we lost a large number of enterprise state-owned assets, which caused severe damage to the development of national economy, harm the interests of state-owned enterprises and citizens, and hampered the reform of state-owned enterprises. Since the economic form was further deepened today, how to protect state-owned deserves practical and theorists attention. This paper, basing on the studies of various experts and applying property rights theory, agency theory, and administrative organization theory, improved the Administrative Protection for state-owned Assets in China.To protect the enterprise state-owned assets and prevent the loss of state-owned assets, our country promulgated a series of management laws and regulations. Due to the laws and regulations, our country's state-owned assets management became more standardized, scientific and legalized. The loss of enterprise state-owned assets is still very serious, and this means that China is still short of a scientific system of administrative protection for enterprise state-owned assets. When studying China's existing laws and regulations, we can conclude that we always attached much importance to legislative and judicial protection for enterprise state-owned assets, but little systematic and comprehensive study of administrative protection for enterprise state-owned assets. In order to be innovative, the paper studied administrative protection for enterprise state-owned assets.
