Financing Problems Of High Technical Small And Mindium Enterprises In Underdeveloped Areas

With the development of knowledge economy and global competition,technological innovation are becoming a decisive factor in promoting the development of a country.Small companies have become the main body of technological innovation and the most active part.Although our country has adopted laws and policies to promote the development of small technical companies,but the problem of financing has been a major factor plaguing the development.In less developed regions,the financial system is not perfect,the small companies face a more severe financing problem.So it means a lot to solve the financing problem of small companies in underdeveloped areas.In this paper,we take the companies in Suqian as an example to analysis the financing problems and the causing reasons.Based on the analysis above,the paper suggests some practical solutions.This paper is consisted of six parts.The first part introduces the research background and the significance of the theme as well as recent studies both at home and abroad.The second part introduces the concepts and some concerning theories.The third part summarizes the current situation and problems of Suqian's small high technical companies.The forth part analyzes the reasons for financing difficulties.In the fifth part,we propose some strategies and recommendations.The sixth part includes the paper concluding remarks.
