Analysis Of Operational Performance Evaluation And Upgrading Strategy Of Guangxi BoXuan Company

The sugarcane industry plays a very important role in agricultural production of GX Province,and has a great significance in boosting local economy and making peasant out of poverty and becoming better off.This thesis takes the study of Guangxi Boxuan Food Company Ltd.(hereafter referred to as BX)as the research object,and makes an analysis of BX operation environment,discussing the company's macro environment and industry environment,defining the opportunities and threats faced in its future development.On the basis of this,deeply analyze the company's own strengthen and weaknesses with Financial Five Ratio Analysis and KPI,and through a side of the factory operation,agriculture import and AOP improvement,so as to put forward some suggestions and strategies on how to improve BX's operating efficiency.The article believes that BX's business performance improvement can be realized by reducing agricultural cost,through the implementing and perfecting of AOP to enhance all production links,so that achieving the goals of cost reduction and management benefits rising.And this study is of great significances in providing a train of thought for BX'S operation performance improvement,improving its economic and social benefits,reducing sugarcane industry operation cost and cane grower's planting cost,and enhancing the company's competitiveness.
