Logistics information platforms act as a way of integrating resource and gathering information,they can effectively reduce the logistics transaction intermediate links and cut transaction cost,which has become an important channel for carriers to find source of cargoes information and shippers to find carrier information.However,those platforms appeared outdated.information,untrue information and lack of transaction integrity,these phenomenon have seriously affected the use of logistics information and hindered the effectiveness of discovering logistics information,which leads to the reduction of logistics information platform's business.Due to the logistics information business discovery process influential factors were not clear and effect of uncertain relationship among various factors.A system dynamic model was constructed by using the principle and method of system dynamics to analysis relationship among factors and find out the key factors in the logistics information business discovery process.Then some suggestion were given for the development of logistics information platforms.Those suggestion can play the value of logistics business information,improve the utilization of logistics resources and reduce logistics cost.Firstly,this thesis summarized the research and development of logisticsinformation platforms and classified their service.The development model of existing logistics information platforms have been summarized as:DiDi Taxi model and Robinson logistics model,and the reasons have been achieved for DiDi Taxi and Robinson logistics model did not work from the perspective of the transaction process,which laid the foundation for the following verification model.Secondly,starting from the process of logistics business discovery,the process of information-driven logistics service discovery was regarded as a system,and the boundary of the research system was constructed.Based on this process,the factors influencing the process of logistics discovery were collected by means of enterprise survey and questionnaires distributed to the carriers in the logistics parks.Further,according to the principle of system dynamics and the influential factors that have been found.Causal diagrams and system flow diagrams of platform shippers variables,ordering information variables,empty back-haul rate variables were drawn.By processing the questionnaires,using SPSS statistical software and combining with references,the parameters or distribution functions of the variables were formulated such as transportation time,waiting time and so on.The system dynamics model of information-driven logistics service discovery process was completely constructed.After that,three test ways were applied to validate the model including sensitivity test,historical behavior and authenticity,and the conclusions drawn in Chapter 2 have been verified here.Finally,according to the single variable control principle,changing the waiting time,return freight and transaction familiarity variables.A series of simulation in different views have carried out on the system dynamics model.In order to find the key factors variables affecting logistics information business discovery process,by controlling parameters which include shippers,ordering information,empty back-haul rate and comparing simulation results.At last,the key variables were found in the information-driven discovery process,they were the risk guarantees and return freight.Furthermore,according to the key factors that have been found to affect these variables,some recommendations were made for the future development of the platform,so as to make more use of logistics resources,reduce logistics cost as a whole and improve logistics efficiency.
