Empirical Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Continuous Use Of Enterprise Logistics Information Systems

Logistics is a kind of process which suppliers delivery product to demand.With national policy support for logistics development,the companies in our country has a large demand for logistics information system.Traditional way of dealing with logistics information is relatively backward,many areas still use manual processing way,caused the information lag,information distortion and information can't sharing,reduced the operating efficiency of the entire logistics system.With the development of logistics,the amount of logistics is increasing,the sources of information in becoming more and more extensive,the dates' refresh rate is becoming more and more fast.The logistics need of enterprise is becoming higher than ever.Improve user's operational efficiency of logistics system is a powerful guarantee for increasing theefficiency of logistics information system.Improve user's operational efficiency of logistics system including users' satisfaction and continuous use.My study integrated multiple information system model,based on the Technology Acceptance model,Expectation Confirmation Theorymodels and so on.Analyzes the elements of the users' continue use logistics information system.Based on the study of the quality of service,analysis the service quality dimensions,and the relationships between these dimensions and use intentions.Establish the model to describe the factors affect the users' continuous use of logistics information system.First of all,my model includes 7 variables:Perceived Usefulness(PU),Perceived Trust(PT),Expectation Confirmation(CF),User Satisfaction(S),Continuous Use(CU),System Quality(SQ)and Information Quality(IQ).Based on the established model,we designed questionnaire,then we use field survey and Internet survey questionnaire distributed ways,investigate in CX Trade co.,LTD to know how employees use logistics information system.We collected 156 valid questionnaire.Secondly,using SPSS 19.0 and Smartpls3.0 software to make the descriptive statistics,the reliability and validity analysis,finally make the factor path analysis.On the basis of empirical research,this paper discusses influencing factors and mechanism of user behavior.According to the results of empirical analysis,we summarized the enterprise logistics information system research and how the model works which influential factors of the continuous use.At last,we provides the rationalization proposal to the users and managers as follows.(1)In order to make the logistics information system play a valuable role in enterprises,we should try to guide the user of logistics information system,autonomous perception of the system of trust,and inspire the user to perceive the extent of logistics information system;(2)The user actively set up expectation of logistics information system,and confirm the expectations later,make sure the expectation of the logistics information system achieve,which is conducive to improve the user satisfaction of the logistics information system,so as to improve the users to continue use the degree of logistics information system further.
