IN company is the top semiconductor manufacturing company around the world,which takes internet opportunity to set up business ecosystem value chain to help customers make their business more efficient and valuable,and to benefit and pay back its stakeholder and shareholder.CPU is the most important product of IN company,and making its margin more profitable is their top goal of each business unit including North region in China.In order to keep IN company at the sustainable profit gaining capability,IN company has been trying to sell out with high margin skus,such as core series product to realize sales and marketing strategy.By discovering its outside and inside opportunity,the article is trying to find out the ways to solve its practical operational issues for achieving their targets,including organizational issues,product positioning and pricing issues and marketing strategy issues.This article is trying to map out the ways to success with sales and marketing strategy adjustment.
