China's lead-acid battery industry has been developing rapidly.According to China's industrial information network shows that,China's lead-acid batteries' production showed a gradual upward trend in 2004-2014.On the one hand,China has become the world's largest producer of lead-acid batteries.On the other hand,leadacid battery industry is highly polluting,high energy consumption of the industry.Lead-acid batteries' production and recycling are involved in heavy metal lead and sulfuric acid.The energy consumption of the lead-acid battery industry accounts for about 3.8% of the total consumption,of which coal consumption accounts for about 4.7% of the national coal consumption.Therefore,how to evaluate the development of China's lead-acid battery in the context of sustainable development and recycling economy,is the major issues under the theory and practice circumstances.This paper has studied on the eco-efficiency measurement methods and theories of the lead-acid battery enterprises.First of all,through combing the literature,discussing the theoretical system of eco-efficiency and the measurement method,and establishing the eco-efficiency measurement model of lead-acid battery enterprise according to the definition of eco-efficiency.Secondly,As a measure of environment and economy in eco-efficiency connotation,the life cycle environmental impact assessment and life cycle cost method can quantitatively analyze environmental effect and economic effect,and the eco-efficiency of the enterprise is calculated by taking the data of typical lead-acid battery enterprises in Jiangsu Gaoyou Economic Development Zone into the model.The eco-efficiency of lead-acid battery is analyzed and compared.Finally,the eco-efficiency of the lead-acid battery was analyzed by comparing the eco-efficiency of lead-acid battery with that of lead-acid battery by the research of eco-efficiency evaluation method and comparing the eco-efficiency of different industries.The main innovations and contributions of this paper can be summarized as follows:(1)The application research of ecological efficiency at microcosmic level is extended.The application research of ecological efficiency has three levels: macroscopic,meson-micro and microcosmic.The application of eco-efficiency at the microscopic level from the angle of enterprise and product has not been studied deeply.Through the analysis of the connotation of eco-efficiency,this paper puts forward the measurement and implementation method of lead-acid battery enterprise's eco-efficiency,and improves the eco-efficiency of lead-acid battery enterprise by improving the material utilization rate,recovery rate and water reuse.The study of ecological efficiency takes into account the concept of efficiency in both the environment and economy,and effectively measures the ecological performance of enterprises.It provides a theoretical support for lead-acid battery enterprises to form a complete closed eco-industrial chain,and extends eco-efficiency in theoretical system of applied research.(2)Extending the lifecycle approach to applied research.The core of life-cycle is to analyze the input and output of the whole system from the perspective of material and energy conservation.This system is the concept of covering material and energy “from the cradle to the grave”,that is where they come from and where they go.First,life cycle assessment is to measure the impact of specific processes or processes by measuring the impact of resources,energy use and environmental emissions in the production process of a product or service.It can comprehensively consider lead-acid battery enterprise input-output of various substances.Secondly,life cycle cost evaluation uses life cycle theory to measure the cost of each unit process in the enterprise system from the perspective of life-cycle cost analysis,and the cost list in the process of identification.The cost control and improvement are further explored from the microscopic level.(3)Establishing the method of measuring the eco-efficiency of lead-acid battery enterprises.This paper Put forward the enterprise ecological efficiency evaluation method and the life cycle cost method based on the life cycle of the quantitative model to measure the environmental impact caused by the formation of business units within the cost into the enterprise ecological efficiency to measure from the connotation of eco efficiency,to achieve a unified quantitative two dimensions of ecological environment and economic efficiency.According to the production characteristics of lead-acid battery enterprises and the connotation of eco-efficiency,the life cycle assessment method and life-cycle cost method are used to establish the specific measurement model of eco-efficiency,which is the key factor for the production,transportation and regeneration of lead-acid battery.The comprehensive evaluation of the environmental and economic effects of the combination of material flow and energy flow is used to evaluate the ecological efficiency.For the lead-acid battery companies in the environmental and economic aspects of improvement,so as to improve the ecological efficiency of the practice provides a basis.
