| In the era of knowledge-economy,the rapid development of technology has created enormous wealth to the state,enterprises and individuals,while also bringing many contradictions and problems.The ecological environment for human survival is facing severe challenges,which has aroused the concern of the global society.From the perspective of sustainable development,the traditional high input,high consumption,high pollution development model innovation is difficult to continue.Enterprises as the main body of innovation,in order to make the sustained advantage in the competitive,must change the way of the simple growth oriented and commercial interests innovation and development,take into account the economic,ecological and social benefits of the development of green low carbon cycle,to achieve sustainable development.As Xi Jinping stressed that enterprises were the main innovators,talent was the foundation of innovation,and innovation driven was the essence of talent drive.The effective implementation of corporate green innovation strategy depends on the degree of realization of the employee green innovation behavior.Therefore,how to effectively stimulate the individual level of green innovation intention,solid build good drive mechanism from the micro,and then improve the enterprise green innovation ability,promote the realization of green innovation strategy,it would be an important issue in the management of green innovation.In the paper,using theory of planned behavior as the research framework,on the basis of a large number of study literature,combined with previous pre-survey results,trough relevant theoretical deduction,systematic integrate many influence factors of inside and outside on researchers green innovation behavior,made measurable individual green innovation behavioral variables and indicators,and accordingly build structural equation model of the generation mechanism of green innovation behavior on scientific research personnel based on the theory of planned behavior.This article applied the questionnaire survey,in which 396 valid questionnaires were collected,and using statistical analysis software to collate and analyze the sample data,then verified the hypothesis,and show the formation mechanism of green innovation behavior of scientific research personnel.This article aims to figure out the influence of attitude(including endogenous attitude and exogenous attitude)toward green innovative behavior,subjective norm(including injunctive norm and descriptive norm),and perceived behavior control(including self-efficacy and control ability of green innovation)on researchers’ green innovative intention.Meanwhile,through applying hierarchy regression analysis,knowledge sharing variable,which can be divided into explicit knowledge commons and tacit knowledge commons,is adopted to testify the adjustment function of knowledge commons in the transition of green innovative intention to green innovative behavior.The results indicate that endogenous attitude,exogenous attitude,and injunctive norm of green innovative behavior and as well as control ability of green innovation have a remarkably positive impact on green innovative intention,while descriptive norm and self-efficacy have no significant impact on green innovative intention;on the other hand,in the transition of green innovative intention to green innovative behavior,tacit knowledge commons plays the main regulating role.When the level of knowledge commons is high,it has strong positive adjustmentfor the transition of researchers’ green innovative intention to green innovative behavior.The results of this research can provide enterprises and government with constructive suggestions about the management of researchers’ innovative behavior. |
