With the development of the market economy and people's improved consumption levels, demand for agricultural products has changed focus from quantity to quality. To improve the convenience of distributing higher quality agricultural products, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Commerce have proactively developed the Agricultural Super Docking model.Although the implementation of the Agricultural Super Docking Mode has helped to reduce intermediate links when distributing agricultural products, the present level of public facilities for agricultural products is inadequate, the level of technology used for logistical information distribution is low,the extensive main network layout lacks scientific planning with delivery routes dependent on subjective desires and coordinated planning arrangements, resulting in poor agricultural product logistics and low distribution efficiency. Therefore, developing a more practical distribution line and increasing the efficiency of agricultural product distribution are needed to improve the Agricultural Super Docking Process.A comparative study was carried out using the national model and existing foreign agricultural product logistics distribution models, focusing on fully developed countries in order to learn from their advanced systems and experience especially focused on analyzing problems in China's current agricultural product logistics distribution model.Based on the analysis of the goals and direction of network optimization for agricultural product logistics in our country, the proportion of loss is a function of the quantity of change using a traditional time-varying demand and a function of the loss in quality of agricultural products. This compares with most studies which only consider the cost of vehicle mileage. While creating an algorithmic model for distribution path optimization in consideration of these new time windows, this paper also provides an example demonstrating the feasibility of the model with analysis of the model's results. The above research reaches the conclusion:The process for distributing agricultural products, through more pragmatic logistics and route planning, can become more efficient, reducing the cost of the network and meeting the demand for high-quality agricultural products.
