As an effective way of energy conservation and also an uprising industry,electric vehicles has received wide attention in the society,as well as in the academia.When it comes to electric vehicles,we can also think of the charging facilities,which has positive relationship with the popularization of the electric vehicles.As a market product,charging facilities is of business attribute,which are influenced by the cost,market and other factors.This paper will concentrate the on the indirect network effect of the two part of market participant to research the appropriate scale of the charging facility,and throw light on the location of charging piles point.The objective of indirect network effect is the influence of the scale of the complementary markets,such as the relationship of "chicken and egg".Both positive feedback and negative feedback exist in this complementary market.This paper will construct two decision equations for consumer of electric vehicles and operator of the charging piles,and we will analyze the situation of equilibrium state and the character of the equilibrium point,which is critical for the market development.For the complementary markets,if the scale of the market can't surpass the critical equilibrium point,the two market will move towards failure.On the contrary,even if the external environment remain unchanged,the two market will arrive a population on a bigger scale.On the part of case study,we will take an example of Beijing.Based on the history data,we will analyze the state of equilibrium at first,by the using of the Eviews,which provides constraint for the location and reference forthe incentives.On the part of the location,we will pay close attention to the charging piles points,which is smarter and less area need than the charging stations.In previous studies,the charging need occurred in the city will be treated as point need,and the need occurred between the cities will be called path need.But this sorting technique isn't reasonable,for the electric vehicles drivers,point need and path need are simultaneous.Therefore this paper treat the two needs as a whole,to minimize the cost of the objective.There is different consideration for the two needs,for the point need,we will calculate the search cost,ignoring the waiting cost,and for the path need,the cost is opposite.In the case study,we take the example of Haidian district,we analyze the layout decision for the four quarter in 2017,and find that the scale of charging piles and electric vehicles are diminishing on the general situation,the condition is on the contrary when take the indirect network effect into consideration.At the same time,we find the indirect network effect has positive influence for the operator in revenue.
