The Research Of Grey Relational Ideal Method Based On Equilibrium Point And Application

Different kinds of decision making problems are faced in the social economyand management system, regardless of the country, the association, or individuals.The multiple attribute decision making which is an important research field of thecontemporary decision science has been applied in many fields, such as social,economic, financial, management, political, military and engineering. In recentyears, the multiple attribute decision theories and methods and its applications areexpanded continually to provide theories and practice basis for the decision makers,and improve the quality and efficiency of decision-making.With the complexity of the decision-making problems enhancing, there areuncertainties in the attribute values of the multiple attribute decision makingproblems, same values founded from the knowledges and experiences of decisionmakers or experts in reality decision. The similarities and differences betweenalternatives to the ideal alternatives are respectively reflected by the distance andcurve similarity of Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to IdealSolution method (TOPSIS) and Grey Relational Analysis method (GRA).In order to infinitely close to actual decision-making circumstance and infinitemake the decision results more reasonable, subjective and objective equilibriumpoint based on Equilibrium Point in multiple attribute decision making are added,the model of Grey relational idea method based on equilibrium point is established,and its applicability under certainty and uncertainty decision circumstances isresearched in this paper.Under the certainty decision circumstance, the definitions of the subjectiveand objective equilibrium points are given, the method of gaining the positive andnegative ideal point is introduced, the steps and improved reasons of the Greyrelational idea method based on equilibrium point are particularly elaborated, thenits feasibility and effectiveness are verified by a sorting example of the studentsachievements, the ranking results are compared from Grey relational idea method toTOPSIS and GRA.In uncertainty decision situations, expressed the attribute values by theinterval number for alternatives, the definitions of the vague subjective andobjective equilibrium points are provided, the method of gaining the positive and negative ideal point is presented, the procedures and improved reasons of the Greyrelational idea method are discussed in great detail, its feasibility and effectivenessare proved by a risk evaluation example of the crane manufacturing enterprises, theranking results are contrasted between Grey relational idea method and GRA underfuzzy situations.
