Research On Internal Control Of Logistics Enterprises

The logistics industry is considered as the power of national economic development and basic industry,compared to "The Power Machine" of the national economic development.The depth of the development of this industry is one of the criteria of the national comprehensive strength and modernization.However,it is in such an evolution of knowledge economy.The logistics company confronted with the ages has to face the challenge and competition.Then logisticscompany how to exist long and endure the high pressure environment,and the internal controlestablishment and perfection is the key factor.Therefore,it is very important for the logistics company himself to understand and study the construction of the effective and comprehensive internal control system.This paper chooses the logistics enterprise internal control system construction and improvement as the research subject,and deeply analyzes and discusses the internal control construction of the logistics industry enterprise.Based on the existing research theory and analysis results,the paper finds out the problems of logistics enterprises in the internal control system,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the internal control system of logistics enterprises.Based on the typical case analysis of XY Company,this paper explores how to improve the internal control method and effective measures of logistics enterprises.This paper is divided into six chapters.Firstly,the specific method is to introduce the definition,theory and key contents of internal control.Then focus of internal control,describes and emphasis the development and research of international and national internal control internal control.Secondly,the definition of logistics and logistics enterprises is introduced,and the internal control system,including the principles,functions and internal control.This paper carries out a case analysis of XY company’s internal control,with the help of the XY company’s internal control system has a variety of in-depth analysis,focusing on the internal control design,mainly including the establishment of an enterprise internal control should be clear objectives,principles,main contents,methods,etc..At the same time,it systemizes the problem of the internal control system of XY company from both of the stock company and subsidiary company,such as:stock company level is lack of perfect organizational structure and strategic planning,establishing internal control system problems existed,such as the sub company lack of level business process standards,internal supervisionnot enough and so on.Finally,this paper attempts to establish a comprehensive organizational structure and corporate governance as a starting point for the purpose of strengthening and improving the internal control system of logistics enterprises,and ensuring the effective operation of internal control.
