| After the computer and the internet,biotechnology is another emerging technology to promote the development of world economy.The current biotechnology has more than half of the application in the pharmaceutical industry.Biotechnology is mainly the development of new biological gene drugs and improved the existing traditional medicines.Company A is a biological medicine enterprise.Company A also has developed more than ten years so far and still followed the traditional marketing strategy in the meantime.But the original marketing strategies no longer adapted to development of the pharmaceutical market in China.The marketing strategy need to be further optimized to make enterprises in market competition to get more competitive advantage.In this paper,we put enterprise A as the research object and based on the theoretical analysis.First of all,it is showed a deep analysis of the macro environment,industry environment and internal environment which the company is included in.Furthermore,it find out the main existing problems and reasons in company combining with the analysis of A enterprise status.It presents a marketing strategy adjustment plan from product,price,channel,promotion based on the theory of 4ps.At the end of the paper,it put forward the corresponding safeguard measures from the technical security,talent security,information security,cultural security.This research conclusion has the strong guiding sense to A enterprise marketing and has a certain significance to other pharmaceutical enterprise. |
