At present,many cities in our country are facing the problem of urban spatial structure adjustment.Improving the urban transport structure is a very important part in this process which is the key to guide the urban layout structure transferring to "multiple-centers and clusters".Regional urban rail transit is a public transport mode which links urban center and new town in the suburbs with large capacity and high speed.It also has advantages of high speed,convenience and environmental protection.Regional urban rail transit can also turn the urban formation into network and increase the regional accessibility,guide the population,industry and business aggregating into new towns as well as optimize the structure of the transport industry.However,there is no clear definition of regional urban rail transit yet.In recent years,China is making great efforts to develop rail transit network.Regional urban rail transit has also been planned to build in Shanghai,Beijing,Tianjin,Chengdu and other big cities.Therefore,it is necessary to mak in-depth systematic analysis of the existing rail transit lines which have the function of "City Territory".On the other hand,the regional urban rail transit fare is an important economic performance which can create more social benefit and guide the traffic demand.Due to its difference in the layout of the station,line planning,operation plan,passenger demand and functional characteristics between other urban rail transit,it is urgent to make a reasonable fare level of regional urban rail transit which can greatly improve its competitiveness in public transport and make more economic benefits and social benefits.Taking the present situation of the development of regional urban rail transit and its current fare research as a cut-in point,this paper summarized the research on the related fare and briefly expounds the relevant theory of rail transit fare.In the next step,we made in-depth analysis of regional urban rail transit including redefining and classification and divided its scope of service.Adaptive analysis was carried out according to the different standards.We made it clear that the functional orientation of regional urban rail transit is the backbone of multi-level rail transport network and an important node for external connection as well as provided transportation service between urban center and new town in the suburbs with large capacity and high speed.On the basis of analyzing the influence factors of fares,the paper presented two carfare frames named fixed rate mileage-based pricing and decreasing-along-with-distance rate mileage-based pricing according to the difference between regional urban rail transit and urban rail transit.Then a fare model was established by setting the internal interests and external level of service of regional urban rail transit as the objective function.This paper chose genetic algorithm to solve this problem.At last,this paper chose Guangzhou regional urban rail transit line 14 as a study object to validate the reliability of the model and analyzed the sensitive parameters in the fare model.This paper could provide a theoretical reference for the future research.
