In recent years,along with the improvement of the socialist market economy,the economic construction has got remarkable achievement in our country.The fining division,upgrading of the industrial structure,development of the information technology,all promote the emerging industries.As the development of the medium and small sized enterprises,especially the rising of the electronic commerce,the enterprises'various needs could be far from satisfied by the traditional payment pattern.The third-party payment emerged and begun to play more and more important role in promoting economic development.The scale of the payment has continuous development and growth especially with the popularity of the mobile payment means Alipay and Wechat.According to the statistics,the total payment and settlement scale of China in 2014 exceeds more the 50 trillion RMB.Simultaneously,we are also clearly aware that there are still so many problems during the development of the payment industry.Such as the incomplete supervisory policy,the not standard business management.Most of the third-party payment enterprises are still based on the traditional acquiring business and lack of innovation consciousness and ability which all lead to the lack of core competitiveness.Throughout the process of the third-party payment industry,it has shifted to providing integrated services including settlement,marketing,financing,information service from traditional single acquiring business.As the introduction of high technology and big data,the payment industry will certainly transform to provide series personalized solutions.From systematic analysis,through stating the competition theories,the paper analyses the indoor and outdoor developing environment,market demand and supply situation,and provide comprehensive evaluation of the research object based on fuzzy mathematical method.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis to the enterprises and promotes its competing strategy.From the study,the author helps the enterprise know the significance of the competitive strategy and the main factors effecting the core competitiveness,and proposes how to promote the core competitiveness through analysis about the current situation,the challenge and tendency of the industry taking UMS as an example.These all will be of important reference value to help the third-party payment enterprise to promote the core competitiveness.
