While the mobile network and mobile smart devices are developing at a rapid pace,the number of users using mobile payment platforms for online and offline consumption is also growing rapidly.Mobile payment has become a very popular payment method in our lives.Banking financial institutions,mobile communication operators and third-party mobile payment service providers all hope to occupy more market share in the mobile payment market,which makes the market competition especially fierce.According to the current market share of mobile payment in China,third-party mobile payment has gradually become the mainstream payment method.At present,the academic community pays more and more attention to third-party mobile payment.They have researched on user willingness,system risk assessment and business model.However,the research on user satisfaction evaluation of third-party mobile payment is still relatively lacking.This paper uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish an evaluation model about user satisfaction of third-party mobile payment.After analyzing the influencing factors of user satisfaction,this paper determines five first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators of the third-party mobile payment user satisfaction evaluation,and calculates the weight of each indicator.According to indicators,the questionnaire was designed to conduct an empirical study to investigate the user's satisfaction with Alipay and WeChat payment,and to calculate the user's satisfaction score on Alipay and WeChat payment.Through the comparative analysis of the evaluation results,the advantages and weaknesses of the platform service providers are found out,and corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward.
