Research On The Business Models And Profitability Of New Technical Enterprises Based On The Context Of "Internet+"

Nowadays,with the spreading of the internet,we have entered the age of"intemet+".Under this background,many new phenomenons have occurred in the business field.And many companies can change their running field or do some innovations on their business models,which can bring much opportunities to them.Then,in this dissertation,Le.com,the typical case of business model innovation,is discussed comprehensively.Firstly,we introduce the history of the company and its business model in chronological order and get an intuitive understanding of the features and ways of operation.Secondly,based on the analysis of the separate parts of its business strategy which is known as "platform+content+terminal+application",we discuss the combinations of different parts,which helps us to understand the logic of the business model.Lastly,we use both the financial and non-financial indicators to evaluate Le.com and its business model.By this research,we believe that "Internet+" on the one hand,does bring good opportunities to companies because it can inspire companies to innovate and enable them to expand quickly by innovating their business models.But on the other hand,it can also be a great challenge for companies on their operation and financial methods.Innovations of a company cannot be effective without financial soundness and continuous operation.So we believe that it is very important for companies to do right choices while innovating their business models.Besides,investors should also evaluate their targets more thoroughly to avoid bad investments.As for government,they should make good use of the opportunity,encourage innovation and enhance supervision,to help developing the social economy.
