With the development of tourism market,China's tourism consumption and tourists' experience are increasing.More and more consumers begin to pursue personalized tourism.The tourism consumption demand is getting differentiated and personalized.More young people and slightly experienced tourists gradually abandon group travel.Many ordinary travel line and tourism service cannot attract or meet the needs of tourists.As a result,tourism enterprises sales packaged tourism products won't adapt to the personalized travel demand of new tourism consumers.In the background of the wisdom tourism,as a new way of tourism consumption,customized tourism has become a choice to individuals,families and company because of its pertinence and peculiarity.The customized tourism is different from traditional tourism with a clear competitive advantage,and it meets the new demand of the tourism consumption.How to solve the problems existing in the developing of the customized tourism and how to transform the traditional tourism to customized tourism,become a hot topic in the field of modern tourism.On the basis of referring to the relevant literature,this paper combines with the investigation of examples and data collected,uses literature analysis,comparative analysis,statistical analysis and investigate analysis to study the development of tourism in the perspective of customized services.Firstly,we compare the group travel,free tour and customized tourism from the perspective of customized service,research the features and advantages of customized tourism products.Secondly,we discuss the process and marketing of customized tourism service,analyze the marketing strategy about products,service and promotion of customized tourism.By studying the development of customized tourism market,the SWOT analysis was carried out on the customized tourism,and we discuss the advantages and opportunities of domestic customized tourism,find out the problem of customized tourism from the perspective of weaknesses and threats.Then,we analyze the customized mode,service mode,marketing mode and management mode of customized tourism.Finally,the paper analyzes how to provide support for the customized tourism from the system construction,technology platform and professional cultivation,then we discuss the trend of customized tourism.This paper is meaningful to the theory and practice of customized tourism.For the customized tourism's suppliers and demanders,it also has certain theoretical guidance and practical reference.
