Research On Innovation Of Enterprise Financial Management Mode Under The Internet Environment

The rapid development of Internet technology brings great changes for socio-economic progress,enterprise management and production method and life styles of people.And the “Internet +” thinking also gradually penetrates into people's lives and production.With the development of the Internet,the enterprise tends to be large-scale and divers ified,and the internal demand of accounting information was increased,therefore the effective implementation of enterprise financial management model directly affects scientific and reasonable management decisions.Under the Internet environment,it is an important issue of concern that enterprises can establish appropriate financ ial management models to realize the integration and sharing among cash flow,logistics,information flow and configuration optimization for enterprise resources,so as to help enterprises improve their management efficiency,and ultimately,improve their economic benefit,which is also the reason and significance of the topic of this thesis.From the Internet perspective,this thesis takes enterprise financ ial management model as the object of study to conduct a comprehensive research on enterprise financ ial management model and its innovation under new environments.First,it points out the existed defects of traditional financial management model and proposed theory foundation and concept definition of financ ial management model,and then it makes a detailed analys is on building work of financ ial management model,and at the same time,related work must be done when building models,which mostly inc ludes the construction of Internet environment,restructuring of accounting business process and restructuring of accounting organization,all of these work lays a basis for the implementation of financial management model under the Internet environment.And then it discusses the implementation plan of financial management model under the Internet environment respectively from five aspects of centralized accounting and control,comprehensive budget,capital dynamic management,total cost management,performance evaluation and decision support,to relate the enterprise's overall business processes dynamically.Finally,through a case study,it explains the real implementation of enterprise financ ial management model under the Internet environment from a practical perspective,and the results are analyzed and summarized in the end.The thesis argues that,with the development of Internet technology,enterprises will carry on the financial management model transformation,so as to implement new financ ial management models to meet the needs of its large-scale and diversification,however,the difference of business nature,organizational structures and the like makes the construction of financial management model very complex.Therefore,enterprises need to make full preparatory work prior to the commencement so that it can create a good operation environment for the construction and implementation of the new model.In order to overcome the influence of traditional financ ial management model,we should draw lessons from the idea of business process reorganization to restructure traditional accounting business process and accounting organizations,besides,we need to conduct performance evaluation of the financ ial management model after reconstruction.When it comes to the construction and implementation of specific models,enterprise should fully consider the needs of itself under Internet environment to build new financial management model which is consistent with enterprise's own characteristics,and also,enterprise should take real-time monitoring of the situation after implementation,provide timely feedback,and improve it continuous ly,and ultimately to achieve the goal of improving business performance.
