The development of Inclusive Insurance level is not only affected by the development of insurance,but also influenced by economic environmental factors..To Financial Inclusion and Insurance Inclusion index system domestic and overseas for reference,this article from the insurance supply,demand and economic environment three dimensions,s etting up the per million square kilometers of the number of insurance agency,each several hundred square kilometers of the insurance industry practitioners,the number of every ten thousand people with insurance agency,the number of the insurance industry practitioners of per ten thousand people,per capita disposable income,15 to 64-year-old population proportion,college degree or above in the proportion of total population,and so on 1 0 indicators of i nsurance Inclusive de velopment level measure index system.Mainly by using variation coefficient method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine the weight of each index,and then draw lessons from the construction of the UN human development index method and Euclidean distance method to measure the Insurance Insurance development index in 2006-2015 and part of Insurance Inclusive development index of provinces and cities in 2015.T hrough the analysis of the results showed that nearly a decade Insurance insurance development level in China increased year by year,the development is in good c ondition.But from the measuring results of some provinces and cities in our country,show that Insurance Inclusive development level in our country there are serious regional differences,and the regional distribution is roughly in accordance with the eastern,central and western regions in China,illustrates the Insurance Inclusive development level is closely related to the economic environment.According to the analysis results are also proposed.
