China Banking Credit Scale Effect On Consumer Price Level

Fluctuations in the consumer price level has always been the focus areas of national economic development in our country,most countries in the world will be stable consumer price level as a government priority.Since the global financial crisis in 2008,the general consumer price level in China is facing a huge rise in pressure.In response to the wider financial crisis,governments have generally adopted the quantitative easing monetary policy,but the move led to a wide range of liquidity,caused the outbreak of a new round of regional inflation.Based on the research of our country commercial bank credit scale change and the relationship between the change of the consumer price level,mainly by the scale and term structure of China's commercial bank credit as the breakthrough point of the research.Mainly from the credit scale of commercial Banks change with the changes in consumer prices and the relationship between the ratio of term structure of the commercial bank credit and the relationship between the consumer price level,the two dimensional analysis our country commercial bank credit scale changes the effects of inflation.First of all,the thesis respectively to the commercial bank credit scale and the consumer price level is expounded,the relationship between the theory of the credit scale of commercial Banks by adjusting the monetary market money supply to influence the change of the price level.Then elaborated the commercial bank credit and the theory of relationship between the money supply of money market,and then through the quantity theory of money and monetary theory of the social demand for the supply of money market and the relationship between the consumer price level theory is analyzed.Then using the theory of commercial bank credit market of information asymmetry and credit rationing theory to elaborate the theory of credit way of commercial bank credit markets.Finally,the paper analyzes the commercial bank credit policy and the relationship with inflation theory.In this paper,and then to our country commercial bank cinda scale,the consumer price level of qualitative and quantitative empirical analysis,including me the presentsituation of the credit scale of commercial bank,commercial bank credit growth characteristics of the commercial bank credit term structure changes;General consumer price level in our country history,the present stage of change has been a new situation,etc.Thesis then analyzed the general residents with the change of our country commercial bank credit the relationship between the price level.In this paper,empirical stage using vector autoregression equation model of commercial Banks credit scale and the change of the consumer price level is analyzed.First of all,according to our country commercial bank credit scale econometric relationship with the consumer price level,the commercial bank credit scale and the level of consumer prices long-term positive correlation between the empirical conclusions;Secondly analyzes our country commercial bank credit term structure econometric relationship with the consumer price level,it is concluded that China's commercial bank credit term structure has a positive influence on consumer price level effect of empirical results.In view of the theoretical literature papers mentioned,combined with our country commercial bank credit scale and the level of consumer prices process of qualitative and quantitative analysis has the empirical results,this article in the last part puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions of optimizing our country commercial bank credit policy: inhibition of the rapid expansion of scale of commercial bank credit,should restore the credit as the intermediate target of monetary policy,should accelerate the marketization of interest rate,credit structure reasonable control the scale of the credit and balance.
