Research On The Financing Of Primary Mineral Exploration In Sichuan Province

At the new period,to break through strategic objectives of sustainable development of mineral exploration in China,based on the reality of our country,this paper deeply studies problems on financing mechanism’s innovation of primary mineral exploration under high risk at the new period,which is a realistic,urgent and hot issue.First,this paper reviews and summarizes relevant literatures at home and abroad on mineral exploration financing,analyzing financing cases in domestic and foreign primary mineral exploration financing,and summing up overseas successful experiences and failure experiences on primary mineral exploration financing,such as Canada,Australia,Japan,Henan,Tianjin and other countries and regions;secondly,this paper analyzes mainly historical and current situation of primary mineral exploration financing in China,and analyzes problems,shortage and cause of mineral exploration financing in Sichuan;thirdly,the author analyzes development history and problems of primary mineral exploration financing in Sichuan,and develop reforming measures and suggestions of primary mineral exploration financing in Sichuan,to explore advices for Sichuan’s mineral exploration financing.This paper studies problems of primary mineral exploration financing from six parts,and presents its solution.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes research background and research status,taking a literature review to analyze development and research situation at home and abroad,and then this paper presents research problem,research objectives,research contents,research ideas,and introduces its structure and framework.The second chapter gives an overview of related theories on primary mineral exploration financing,analyzing the definition of mineral exploration,high risk and forms,and introducing the definition of financing and related theories,and then summarizing the ways of mineral exploration financing.The third chapter studies financing experience of primary mineral exploration at home and abroad,summarizing successful and failure experience on primary mineral exploration financing of Canada,Australia,Japan,other countries and areas,and drawing on the Enlightenment of China’s primary mineral exploration financing.The fourth chapter analyzes development history and present situation of mineral exploration financing,extracting problems and reasons from China’s primary mineral exploration financing,and analyzing the necessity of improving financing way of primary mineral exploration by using SWOT in Sichuan Province.In the fifth chapter,the author puts forward reforming financing measures of Sichuan province’s primary mineral exploration.The sixth chapter analyzes the conclusion of this paper,and summarizes the limitations of the research.The main contribution of this paper is to provide reference for the reform of primary mineral exploration financing in Sichuan province by summing up the experience of primary mineral exploration financing at home and abroad.
