Heilongjiang QK Mineral Exploration Company is a comprehensive geology explorationcompany, belonging to Bureau of geology and mineral resources in heilongjiang province.Mainly engaged in regional geological investigation, geological exploration of mineral andhydro-geological surveys, prospecting, and more. But after the global financial crisishappened in2008, the single mode of management couldn’t adapt to the Plexiglas’s marketchanges. The company is facing a serious management crisis.This paper gave a detailed introduction of QK’s external macro-environment and internalenvironment, organized the company’s strategy since established, and did a survey on thedomestic and the international market of Mineral Exploration’s industry, used Porter’s fiveforces model to analyze the company’s competitive environment, and used SWOT model toanalyze the outward opportunities, threats and their own advantages and disadvantages, thenobtained an Concentric diversification management strategy, formulated a correspondingguiding ideology, objectives and principles.Subsequently, according to specific conditions of QK company, from the company,business functions and implementation, this paper proposed to three specific strategies.Strengthening the internal control of the company, technology, production, marketing andtalent is a business strategy. As well as refine strategic management functions.At last, the paper proposed a series of protection measures such as reform themanagement system, set up system of corporate culture, focus on environmental protectionand so on to make sure the chain integration strategy can carry out well.
