Function Evolution And Influence Mechanism Of Rural Residence Land

Rural homestead is the basic unit and main component of rural settlement.It has living production,storage,beautify environment and other functions.With the economic system reform,social and economic development and urbanization and new countryside construction,rural courtyard function has evolved.Different regions evolve and differentiate differently.The evolution and differentiation of the functions of the homestead affect the urbanization development,the new rural construction and the reform of the rural land use system.Therefore,the study of strengthening the function and evolution of rural homestead has become an important scientific subject in the process of urbanization and new rural construction in C hina.Shandong Province is a large agricultural province,more than half of the population living in rural areas,rural homestead has an important role.Homestead function has also undergone great changes and differentiation.This paper selected Songtuan in Tai’an C ity,Houdacheng in Zouping County,Shijiayu in Mengyin County,Nanchai in Shouguang C ity,Zhaojia in Longkou City,Jianglou in Tengzhou C ity for the study area.The paper used field investigation,participatory rural assessment and Logistic regression model to study the function,evolution and influence mechanism of rural homestead.The main research contents and results are as follows.(1)Research on the function of rural residence.The study shows that rural courtyards have life,production and ecological functions.Living function refers to the homeland to provide farmers with living,culture and heritage,social security,family reputation and other functions,including living,culture,security and symbolism and other functions.Production function refers to the homestead to provide farmers with storage,planting,breeding,processing,management,service and other production functions.Ecological function refers to the homeland has a landscaping environment,adjust the microclimate and other functions as the ecological system.(2)Study on the evolution of rural residence function.Since the opening period,the function of rural homestead in Shandong Province has evolved,and the evolution of different regions is different.Before the reform and opening up,the rural homestead mainly for living and living function.After the reform and opening up,the suburbs of rural suburban rural living function and production function both by the impact of urbanization,and asset functions become increasingly prominent.In ordinary rural areas,homestead production function developed rapidly.At present,it has both life and agricultural production function.Homestead is mainly for the function of life and production functions with more idle and abandoned.Social system change,homestead system change,social and economic development and historical culture are the main influencing factors for the evolution of rural homestead function.(3)According to the use of the status quo,homestead function is divided into living life function,agricultural production function,commercial production function and other functions.Through the analysis of 439 valid questionnaires and the study on the mechanism of rural residence function,we get the results.Multivariate Logistic regression showed that age and education had a positive effect o n other types of functions;occupational types had a positive effect on commercial residences and other types;the total population of the family has a positive impact on t he living life-style courtyard;the proportion of total annual income and non-agricultural income have a negative impact on the living-type courtyard,the cultivated area and the courtyard in the village position on the commercia l production type significantly;the proportion of non-agricultural income has positive influence on the living-type courtyard and other types.The location has positive influence on the living and commercial-type courtyard and the income of the village has negative influence on the living-type courtyard.The correct rate of sample prediction is 81%.(4)Study on the optimization of rural residence.Residents who live in life courtyard can move into the community and the courtyard can turn into public land or reclaim into arable land.Production and life courtyard should be reserved.Idle courtyard and abandoned courtyard should be recycled or remediated.We point the view based on rural homestead finishing recommendations from the government,collective and personal.The result has important practical significance to rational use of rural courtyard and science promotion of new rural construction,and also has important theoretical significance to enrich and develop rural geography.
