Introduction And Evaluation Of Intelligent Accounting Information System At G Tobacco Company

With the development of big data and artificial intelligence technology,the computer has been able to solve a variety of areas in a variety of intelligent issues.In the field of accounting,intelligentized accounting is a new subject of accounting discipline development in twenty-first Century.In order to study how to improve the efficiency of accounting,it is necessary to do some research on theory and application.Under such a background,this paper chooses a G city tobacco commercial enterprise,which has the condition of accounting intelligent transformation.According to the survey,the accounting information system of G Company depends on the manual operation of accountants,and the level of intelligence and automation is low.In recent years,due to the decline in China’s cigarette consumption demand,China’s tobacco industry needs to use modern management tools to minimize costs and improve efficiency.The salary of the tobacco industry is relatively high,and the high labor cost restricts the development of the enterprise.G Company must improve the level of enterprise information and reduce labor costs to improve enterprise efficiency.By reviewing the history of the development of accounting informationization,this paper studied three aspects:first,the role of accounting information system in the development of accounting;second,the characteristics of intelligent accounting information system;third,the specific method of the intelligent accounting.Based on the research of the accounting process and accounting information system of G Company,this paper analyzed the status of personnel,working flow and computer software.In order to help enterprises to develop intelligent transformation plan and scheme,this paper designed an intelligent diagnosis tool for accounting information system,which called Intelligent Pyramid.Using Intelligent Pyramid,the paper analyzed the accounting information system of G Company.Through the analysis,this paper found out the goal of the transformation,the strategy to achieve the goal,and the intelligent technology of the transformation.Combined with the actual situation of the company,this paper designed the scheme of the intelligent transformation of the accounting information system,and evaluated the effect of the reform scheme.The following is the research results of this paper:1.Intelligence level of Accounting Information System is the key of intelligentized accounting.2.The Intelligent Accounting Information System has three characteristics:natural interaction,Intelligent Cloud Computing and general extensible financial reporting.The realization of these three characteristics of intelligent technology is OCR,Cloud Accounting technology and XBRL.3、G’s accounting information system intelligent transformation program can improve work efficiency,less investment,strong compatibility.The program can reduce labor costs and improve efficiency.
