From The Perspective Of Cloud Accounting, Hezhong Zhuangzhuang Accounting Information System Optimization Research

With the continuous development of China's Internet economy,it gives birth to many new technologies and new concepts.Cloud computing is the upstart in this wave.Its advantages of low cost,high scalability,high performance and high reliability,show all sectors a bright prospects for development,so they start the integration of cloud computing and their own business management model.In recent years,cloud accounting has become a new hot topic of cloud computing in the practical application of enterprises.Cloud accounting refers to a service model that is used to pay for fees based on usage.The advantage of this model is that it can provide convenient and efficient network access and link to the cloud data sharing pool,so that the demands of these resources can be quickly met.While what this needs is only a small amount of work,or simple communication with the service provider.As a new IT implementation model,cloud accounting will see IT resources as a kind of service,which brings a broad chain of interests,and provides efficient management for the enterprise with real-time network.So this fully embodies enterprise information development direction to big data,network.On the basis of current theoretical study and theory of accounting information,and right after his collection and analysis of relevant information and research status,this paper summarizes its cloud accounting model application as the starting point,which is based on successful practice of optimization in cloud accounting information system.Meanwhile,on basis of the actual needs of the case enterprises,this paper elaborates it from needs and necessities of construction,and conducts an analysis and discussion from four aspects:construction principles,mode selection,optimization program and the implementation.This paper puts an emphasis on summary and classification of experience and steps in the process of cloud accounting optimization implementation for case enterprise.After that,it conducts a summary and generalization for results of the implementation,which provides reference template to other small and medium enterprises' accounting information system optimization on the basis of cloud accounting.
