Research On The Path Of China's Producer Service Trade Liberalization

The competition of international trade is shifted from the traditional trade in goods to the competition of service trade, and producer service trade, as the main direction of future competition, must be paid enough attention. The influence of the scale and the level of competition opening degree of producer services market,the level of liberalization of trade in producer services to enhance the economic development better,it will promote the improvement of the comprehensive national strength, integrated into the world market deepening,technological progress and management innovation, and promote the advantages of the service industry enterprises export. But there are advantages and disadvantages, there are hidden dangers to China's economic security.Therefore, this paper discusses the path of producer service trade liberalization.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, in view of the current situation of the development of China's trade in services, this paper discusses the background and significance of the topic, and puts forward the problems to be studied.Classification of the previous research works, and gives the basic research ideas and research methods. The second part is the theoretical basis of this paper to study,altogether is divided into three chapters: the first important concepts of this gives connotation; second support theory; finally the positive effect of open trade in producer services and the negative effects are discussed.The third part introduces the general situation and the insufficiency, and then through the import and export services open level and other indicators to quantify the degree of liberalization of foreign production of China's service trade liberalization; at the same time to measure the international competitiveness of China's service trade, to understand the dynamic change.The fourth part is the focus of this chapter, through the empirical analysis to establish producer service trade liberalization time series model,that producer service exports to EX, L, K technology human resources, foreign direct investment is in positive correlation with FDI.The fifth part, based on the above analysis, explore the path of producer service trade liberalization in China: the transformation of government management mode,optimize institutional arrangements, infrastructure construction, human capital reserve,independent research and development; enterprises should actively explore and strive to improve the competitive power. The last part is the conclusion, which summarizes and summarizes the above research questions and puts forward policy suggestions.
