Research On The Influence Of FDI To The Structure Of Chinese Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry Market

Market structure is one of the core problems in industrial economics research.Concentration is also the most common measure of market structure.This article will study China's pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.As the basis and prerequisite for the pharmaceutical industry,the market structure of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is closely linked with the problem of national economy and people's livelihood,especially in China.Many developed countries,the development of pharmaceutical manufacturing practice shows that:to promote the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry to large-scale,professional development,we must use and play a high degree of industrial concentration,the formation of economies of scale.Since the reform and opening up,China's pharmaceutical manufacturing industry began to absorb foreign direct investment,especially in China's "WTO",the international pharmaceutical multinational companies to acquire,mergers and acquisitions of domestic pharmaceutical companies compete for Chinese pharmaceutical market,the domestic market competition.Therefore,it is helpful to explore the market structure of China's pharmaceutical manufacturing industry by exploring the influence of foreign direct investment on the market concentration of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in China,which is more conducive to the clarification of foreign policy development.Finally,the panel model is established for the industry data of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and its sub-industry in 2006-2015,and the market concentration index CR4 and CR8 are used to reflect the market concentration of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and explore the influence of the concentration of the pharmaceutical market factor.The empirical results show that,as the main explanatory variables,the impact of foreign direct investment on the structure of pharmaceutical manufacturing and its sub-sectors varies,and FDI has the weakest impact on the market concentration of Chinese medicine.However,FDI has a significant positive correlation with the market concentration of the pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industries and the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Combined with China's pharmaceutical manufacturing industry can make the following explanation:As foreign direct investment in the Chinese medicine industry is not high,the concentration of Chinese medicine industry market concentration has no significant impact,Foreign direct investment has promoted the development level of foreign-funded enterprises,so FDI has a positive impact on market concentration,and the share of foreign-funded enterprises in chemical industry and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is large.Therefore,we should raise our vigilance,rationally introduce capital,expand the scale of large-scale domestic enterprises,and give full play to the advantages of China's pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.In view of foreign direct investment,put forward practical and feasible countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy development of industry.
