Distribution is the channel connecting manufacturers and consumers,is to ensure that products can enter the market an important part.Distribution process includes a number of links,pre-sale of product sales authorization to obtain,product storage and maintenance management,merchandise in the region of publicity,sales of goods orders processing,customer credit rating audit and management,after-sales recovery,After-sales service,and the entire logistics security.Although the distribution channel is to connect manufacturers and consumers of the channel,but its core lies in the distribution process through the logistics,financial and service advantages of the product value.Therefore,the face of increasingly fierce competition,want to stand out among the many manufacturers must be in the distribution of key factors in logistics,capital,service providers to enhance competitiveness.M company has a traditional advantage in the electrical automation market,but with the domestic enterprises in recent years in the electrical manufacturing and automation management talent and technology in the rapid development of the industry,the company's position is changing.The advantages of traditional enterprises such as M are no longer obvious and the disadvantages are gradually emerging,the local emerging companies because of technical means and management methods are rapidly dividing the electrical and automation market cake.Therefore,for the M company as the representative of the traditional enterprises must change management ideas,management,improve the technical level,to explore new development strategies to meet market demand.Based on the background of M company energy efficiency product distribution channel development,analysis the distributor channel of M company energy efficiency product,especially from the structure of distribution channels,pricing,evaluation,motivation and internal management,find out the existing problems and analysis the reason,using the SWOT tool depth analysis of the sources of advantage,disadvantage,opportunities and threats,according to SWOT analysis to choose the optimization strategy,distribution channels from the channel structure,channel members and internal channels to optimize the distribution channels management,make its distribution system more perfect,improve the comprehensive competitiveness of M company.This article combined the distribution channel theory with electrical manufacturing and automation marketing situation,research and analysis the M company product on the existing channel model of energy efficiency,in accordance with market demand trends to explore research M company product distribution optimization of energy efficiency,promote the growth of M company efficiency products business in China.Expected this article research results could provide the beneficial reference to the same type enterprise distribution channels optimization improvement.
