With the successful completion of Non-tradable Shares Reform,market value become a new benchmark for company's overall strength.Market value management has attracted people's attention to the company's value realization.In May 2014,the State Council promulgated “Several opinions on further promoting the healthy development of the capital market”,and encouraged listed companies to establish market value management system.This announcement sparked a boom to practice market value management in the capital market.However,due to the immaturity of the theory,there are a lot of market value management chaos in our capital markets.The chaos reflect the distortion to market value management,or more accurately,reflecting the distortion to realization of company's value.Therefore,how to correctly understand the value realization and how to take legal compliance means to achieve the company's value,are worthy of our thinking.Based on the above background,this paper,combineing the current situation,uses standardized research methods to explore the problems of listed companies value realization.Firstly,this paper reviews the domestic and foreign literature on value management,market value management and value realization,on the one hand,to understand the present situation and content of the research on the company's value realization,on the other hand,to conclude that the value realization can not be separated from company's value creation.Secondly,through the elaboration of the theory of value realization,it prominents that the internal mechanism of value realization is the value signal transmission based on the promotion of the intrinsic value of the company.On the basis of summarizing the main path of the value creation,value realization and the basic content of value realization,this paper constructs the basic framework of value realization based on value creation to provide a guidance for the following rearch.Thirdly,combineing with the current situation of accounting information disclosure and investor relations management,it analyzes the positive surface,existing problems and main causes of value realization.Finally,from two aspects:the value bubble and the value depression,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to help listed companies to achieve their value.
