Along with the issue of “New nine suggestions”,the market value of management in China has been entering a new stage.Some indexes such as market value are gradually introduced into the assessment of state-owned enterprise system,besides,the consciousness of market value management in private enterprise has also been strengthened.Looking inside company borders,indexes related to market value have become the major factors affecting enterprise valuation performance.Looking beyond company borders,market indicators reflect the expectations of company development.To research the market value management of listed companies has far-reaching influence for the development of capital market in China,Through effective value management activities,the listed companies can make the capital market realize the value of them,promoting the intrinsic value of listed companies being reached in the rational mode.However,the current market valuation management research is still in its infancy,Most of the management and shareholders of listed companies for the understanding of the value management are still staying on the shallow level of "buy low/sell high”,they does not put value management in the company strategic systematic consideration,they does not realize the essence of value management which is to improve the intrinsic value of listed company shares irrational fluctuation and guide the stock return.In this way,the listed companies make market value management too simple and casual,resulting in market value of listed companies management behavior appear differ differently.This article adopts the method of comparative analysis,selecting domestic pharmaceutical enterprises such as Hengrui Medicine and fosun pharma companies to contrast which both have a shoe in the industry.Based on the present situation where they have the same size of equity scale and profit value but entirely different performance of market value..Considering of the content of value management,we contrast their methods and effects from the aspects of value creation、value operation and value realization.The author found that the value creation ability is the core factor of market value management of the listed companies,If we do not consider the endogenous value creation,even we achieved the good effect in short term,the market value management is not good in the long run.In addition,In the process of market value management,we should not only focus on the main advantage,but also improve the core competitiveness of enterprise risk control and strengthen the investor relations management,in a nutshell,the market value management of listed companies should be a long-term strategy throughout the process of enterprise management.
