With the rapid development of e-commerce,the logistics industry has found its moment to develop and has become one of the pillar industries of our national economy. However,at the present stage, when facing the rapid booming logistics service requirements, logistics industry cannot achieve logistics task goals with high efficiency, low cost and high quality because of its decentralized, unitary logistics service mode. With the development and popularization of logistics service mode of "Internet +logistics",logistics alliance and cloud computing, virtualization technology, the industry puts forward a new logistics service model—Cloud logistics which is based on the cloud computing and is service-oriented.The cloud logistics service model has become one of the main directions of logistics development.More and more logistics enterprises are committed to building a cloud logistics service model for service and logistics tasks, which achieves information integration and resource integration through cloud logistics service platform to complete task resource efficient allocation and output services. In the cloud logistics environment, the key problem of cloud logistics service mode is that cloud logistics service platform achieve a reasonable allocation of logistics resources for the logistics tasks of logistics resources demand side and output logistics service chain through the effective operation management of cloud logistics service platform, how to effectively manage the logistics operation and realize the rational allocation of logistics resources, export logistics service chain is the key problem of cloud logistics service model research. Therefore, this thesis will study task allocation and logistics distribution in cloud logistics services based on the cloud logistics service platform.Firstly, the thesis, which is on the basis of studying the analysis of the current logistics development, the logistics operation framework of cloud logistics service platform is built. And it points out that the difference between logistics service of cloud service platform and the current logistics is about the optimization of logistics resources.Secondly, contraposing the huge mission requirements and vast amount of resources of the cloud logistics platform, this thesis constructs the "initial allocation-redistribution two-stage task allocation pattern and solves the initial allocation process based on Apriori algorithm.Besides, this thesis solves the redistribution process with the goal of a low cost, high efficiency and high quality of service through Genetic algorithm based on the logistics candidate resources of the initial allocation. What's more, this thesis makes a comparative analysis through the examples to verify the feasibility of the model and method. Finally, aiming at the efficient integration of the resources under the cloud logistics service platform, this thesis presents a logistics distribution model based on cooperation and builds a solving method based on genetic algorithm, which has been analyzed and validated by an example. And through comparing the cooperative distribution mode with the traditional independent distribution patterns, the results have shown that the cooperative distribution mode of logistics distribution can effectively reduce the social costs. The cloud logistics service platform mode of task allocation and distribution of thesis researches will provide the achievement of cloud logistics with implementation methods and theoretical basis, which is really worth researching. The task allocation and logistics distribution in the cloud logistics service platform mode of the thesis can provide the methods and theoretical basis for the realization of cloud logistics which has certain research value.
