In recent years,the financial technology industry gradually rise,investors continue to be optimistic about its prospect.Compared with the traditional enterprises,the Fintech enterprises have the characteristics of low profit rate,light assets,high innovation,high risk and be apt to reach scale,which makes the Fintech enterprises and traditional enterprises differ in many ways and have different value influencing factors.This paper,from the perspective of value management,identifies value-added activities through value chain analysis,studies the value influencing factors of Fintech enterprises in a comprehensive and systematic way and provides ideas for Fintech enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and their value,which provides a theoretical basis for value assessment.This paper studies the influencing factors of Fintech enterprises based on value chain from both theoretical and empirical aspects.On the theoretical side,through the study of related literature,considered the features of Fintech enterprises,based on the Porter value theory,the Fintech enterprise value chain is constructed.Based on the value chain of the Fintech enterprise,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the value of the Fintech enterprises from the basic activities and auxiliary activities,selects five core value influencing factors,selects the value of each value Index and constructs a quantitative index system of the influencing factors of Fintech enterprises with 9 indicators.The index system has a better operability.In the aspect of empirical research,this paper takes the data from 2013 to 2014 year of 31 Fintech enterprises listed on the NYSE in the United States as a sample,uses the multiple regression model to study the factors that influence the value of Fintech enterprises.The results show that six indicators of R&D intensity,transmission channel number,customer loyalty,revenue growth,management knowledge structure and proportion of senior executives have a significant impact on the value of Fintech enterprises.Among them,income increase rate has the biggest influence on Fintech enterprise value.Based on the empirical research,this paper compares and analyzes the case of PayPal and YRD to apply the empirical results.According to the final research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions.Firstly,Fintech enterprises should strengthen the construction of its own platform,for the choice of partners they are supposed to focus on the platform and channel that their partners can provide.Secondly,Fintech enterprises should pay attention to the customer's value by raising the user experience as the management focus.They are supposed to clear their own positioning,pay attention to the operation for relationship to cultivate customer spending habits.Thirdly,Fintech enterprises should pay attention to R&D efficiency,put the idea of short development cycle of innovation as priority.Finally,Fintech enterprises should increase the proportion of people who have overseas study or experience,and pay more attention to the development of the global vision of the workforce.
