Enterprise supply chain management model has been changed from vertical integration to internal highly integrated internal and external part of the separation of the third party logistics, and then to the internal and external highly collaborative supply chain management era, with the rapid development of economic globalization, the market competition will be the new century supply chain and supply chain competition, the traditional enterprise the competition has not adapt to the development of the market, the supply chain is the basis for the survival and development of the organization, in this context, analysis and optimization of supply chain management was a detailed study of enterprises, using the method of qualitative and quota, it summed up the impact factors on supply chain construction and optimization and the design, finally through the electric company practices, the results of this study.This thesis is divided into three parts, the first part is the literature review, this thesis analyzes the latest research achievements at home and abroad, the introduction of appropriate chain management synergy and feasibility analysis, the supply of supply chain collaboration, the second part is mainly introduced the influence factors of enterprise supply chain construction, elaborated from two internal and external, how to construct and optimize the enterprise supply chain, the third most is the application, combined with their own work experience in electrical company, a detailed analysis of the electrical company exists in the problem of supply chain management, and the supplier management, collaborative model, inventory management, information system building and optimization method used in this article described to solve practical problems.
