In recent years,with the rapid development and perfect of market economy in our country,logistics distribution has developed rapidly in our country and has become "the third profit source" of economic development and new energy.At present,the main problems existing in developing the logistics distribution reflect in two aspects:one is the large number of logistics distribution vehicle exhaust emissions causes serious environmental pollution,which has become an obstacle to the development of the city ecological huge.The other is that extensive,high cost,simplification of the traditional logistics distribution mode is difficult to adapt to an increasingly diverse logistics demand so that need to change delivery model to improve the quality of distribution services.How to solve these problems in combination with the scientific model and method of logistics distribution in our country is a major research topic in the field of logistics distribution.To do this,this paper select the topic and study on "Research on the Simultaneous Pickup and Delivery Distribution Path Optimization Method with Considering Carbon Emissions and Time Windows(SPDVRPCETW)in view of the distribution of carbon emissions and distribution service quality comprehensive optimization problems,from the perspective of theoretical research and practical application,using the modified particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm.The main research content and results of this paper are as follows:First of all,this paper analyzes the traditional vehicle routing optimization problem for the SPDVRPCETW problem research characteristics of system by expounding the relevant basic theories,and identifies the constituent elements of the problem,target and its influence factors.Combining with the characteristics of integrated logistics distribution,the calculation method of the cost,time window and transportation cost of logistics distribution is analyzed.Taking into account the cost of delivery vehicle transportation,the cost of carbon taxes,and the cost of time Windows,this paper establishes a distribution the lowest total cost as the objective function of the mathematical model SPDVRPCETW problem.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the complexity of SPDVRPCETW model combining with the basic particle swarm algorithm for solving,to solve the problem in the process of the basic particle swarm algorithm to optimize the defect of local optimum problem,this paper introduced chaotic thoughts,and put forward a method based on adaptive inertia weight adjustment of modified particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm.According to the algorithm,this paper designs the software implementation steps to solve SPDVRPCETW model.Finally,according to the actual Beijing Yanjing beer distribution problem,beer distribution SPDVRPCETW mathematical model is established.The improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is used for optimization analysis,and verifies the rationality of built model and the effectiveness of the improved algorithm.Instance from solving the analysis results indicate that:(1)the simultaneous pickup and delivery logistics distribution mode in reducing carbon emissions,improve customer satisfaction,reduce distribution has obvious advantages in the total cost.(2)when considering the cost of carbon tax,time window,and transportation costs,the total cost of the individual cost is optimal.(3)the improved particle swarm algorithm is proposed to solve the NP problem,and its ability to break the local optimum is significantly improved.(4)the solution of the actual problem of logistics distribution is sensitive to the performance of each parameter:the total cost is the lowest when the speed is 50 to 60km/h;the carbon footprint is clear when Carbon Tax is below 10 yuan per kg;the higher the time penalty is,the higher the percentage of the time window is,but the higher the total cost.
