With the growing of the world economy,environmental problems caused by that continuously appear and the climate becomes harsh.So,carbon emissions get more and more people's attentions.As a new economic model based on low energy consumption,low pollution and low emission,low-carbon economy emerges and the development of low-carbon economy has become the only way for China's sustainable development.Logistics is a basic service industry and it is both major energy consumption and carbon emitters.So,logistics plays an important role in the development of low-carbon economy.In recent years,with the rapid development of electronic commerce,logistics has made tremendous development and the e-commerce logistics in the logistics industry accounted for a growing proportion,especially for distribution and transportation.Therefore,the research of urban distribution problem in this thesis has important significance in low-carbon environment.This thesis firstly reviewed the research status of service point location and vehicle routing problem and their issues of extensive ability,analyzed the characteristics of low-carbon distribution,the characteristics of e-commerce logistics distribution and introduced the tabu search algorithm.Based on the above analysis,this thesis investigated urban distribution problem research of e-commerce logistics in low-carbon environment and analyzed that through a case.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Urban distribution status analysis of D e-commerce firm.Based on the introduction of logistics and distribution system and distribution business processes of D firm,this thesis analyzed the model of urban distribution of D firm and summarized some problems,such as the low utilization of service point and vehicles,the high carbon emissions,the high distribution costs and etc.The method solving the problems can be urban distribution optimization,including service point location optimazition and vehicle routing optimazition.(2)Service point location optimazition of D e-commerce company in low-carbon environment.Considering the characteristics of urban distribution of D firm,this thesis established the model of service point location optimization and designed solution algorithm to get the optimalizing service point location.The thesis considered the transport station business of D company in Nanjing as a research object and used the above model to get optimalizing results.(3)Vehicle routing optimazition of D e-commerce company in low-carbon environment.On the basis of the service point location,this thesis considered the characteristics of low-carbon distribution and established the model of low-carbon vehicle routing optimization with time windows to get the optimal vehicle routing of urban distribution.Based on service point location results of Nanjing,the thesis used the above model to get the optimized vehicle routing scheme.The finding proved that optimum proposal through the above method is meaningful for economic,environmental and social benefit,and the problem in the D enterprise will be solved to some degrees.
