A Study On The Impact Of National Logistics Performance On Export Technology Complexity Along "The Belt And Road"

The implementation of "the Belt and Road" strategy has promoted trade cooperation between China and neighboring countries,and logistics is the main tool and medium for trade development,which is of great significance to the development and growth of international trade.As t the national and regional logistics development along" the Belt and Road" is not balanced,so that trade cooperation is also facing many difficulties.Therefore,it is particularly urgent and necessary to scientifically analyze how the development of logistics along "the Belt and Road" affects the development of trade and put forward targeted policies and suggestions.With the economic globalization and the formation of the global value chain division of labor,the current study of export trade,more focused on export structure.Therefore,this paper uses Hausmann(2007)method to measure the export technology complexity of different countries to describe a country's export structure.This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of logistics performance level on the complexity of export technology,further builds the dynamic panel regression model,and uses the system generalized matrix estimation method to estimate the model.From the empirical point of view,the paper analyzes the "The impact of the degree.Through the analysis,it can be seen that the development of the technical complexity of the export along the region is extremely uneven.The overall level of the logistics performance index or its constituent elements are positive for the export technology,and the most important is the logistics infrastructure Facilities quality,timeliness of transport of goods and the convenience of international transport.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to improve the logistics performance and improve the level of export technology to make it better serve the road links and trade flow along the country along the way.The main measures include improving the logistics infrastructure Quality,strengthen the construction of logistics information and promote the convenience of international transport.And ultimately to promote the national road Unicom and the smooth of trade flow along" the Belt and Road".
