With rapid development of the computer and communication technology, especially the spread of the Internet and the application of e-commerce, the customers require that enterprises can response to their needs more quickly. Thus, whether enterprises can provide quickly products and services to customers or not, and the length of time to respond to their needs is one of the important standards customers choose enterprises. However, with the application of modern logistics information technology and the popularization of Internet, business process will change a lot. Take the logistics distribution business process for example, at present, the majority of logistics enterprise and distribution services have many problems. For example, the distribution process is complex, not standard, and the logistics cost is high. In addition, the logistics distribution is inefficient and so on. Therefore, the logistics enterprises can't fast response to customers'needs. In order to improve the ability of enterprises to response to the market, the research on distribution process restructuring and optimizing has realistic economic value and scientific theoretical value in this paper.The logistics distribution business process and its characteristics are analyzed in this paper, then the model of logistics distribution business process based on Petri nets is built, and finally the model is simulated using simulation software ExSpect. Moreover, the optimization and reengineering of enterprise logistics distribution business process are also analysed and researched in depth in this paper. Specifically, the following topics are mainly researched in this paper.1) The logistics distribution business process and its characteristics are analyzed and researched, and on that basis, the problems which exist in logistics distribution business processes are pointed out, and the forming reasons of problems are also researched.2) The model of logistics distribution business process is established based on Petri nets. The accessibility, conflict and deadlock of this model are also studied in depth, in addition, the performance of this model is researched, and then points out that the model of distribution business process based on Petri nets is live and bounded.3) The model of logistics distribution business process established using Petri nets is simulated and analysed. In this paper, ExSpect is chosen as a simulation software, and process cycle time is selected as its simulation parameters for the simulation analysis of original business process model. In addition, new business processes are established by using the optimization method of merger, cancellation, simplification, rearrangement, and then the new processes are simulated and studied.4) Through the comparison analysis of the old and new distribution business process, proofs that the theory and method used in this paper are correct and valid.Through the above research, a new distribution business process scheme is putted forward, so as to enhance the enterprise's distribution efficiency, reduce the enterprise distribution costs.
