Currently,Chinese economy enters into new normal condition.The develop growth is from high speed to middle speed and development drive changing from investment factor boost to innovation boost.Meanwhile,the world economic is facing similar problem.Lack of gross demand and lower speed growth are existing at the same time.New booming economics are slipping.World trade continues depressing and the export is facing decrease by a large margin.It leads to sluggish demand by domestic and international economic recession.The economic environment has huge impact on the special metal pressure vessel manufacturing industry.The special metal pressure vessel manufacturing industry is facing the problem of overcapacity.Only a few companies maintain good development,but most companies are in a difficult situation.Some companies are toying to get out of trouble by merging,cut production and layoff.How to formulate the company development strategy at this sever environment is the problem to be solved by each company in this section.This article will apply the theory of strategy and operation and will take Nanjing Special Metal Equipment Co.,Ltd.(Hereinafter refer to as SMEC)as an sample to explore how SMEC will take strategical measures to survive in this economical winter.The research approach of this article starts at related theories and practices of company development strategy.Then field research will be performed inside SMEC and summarize the content of SMEC strategy at current situation.Improve on this and this article is trying to give extended application of this strategy in special metal pressure vessel manufacturers.This article will combine qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis during researching.Quantitative analysis will lead to a correct vision of current situation of special metal pressure vessel manufacturing industry as well as SMEC.Meanwhile,qualitative analysis will see through the appearance to perceive the essence.The method used in details include literature searching,informational analysis,survey research,comparison,systems analysis and combine theory with practice.The final conclusion include:currently,the companies of special metal pressure vessel manuracturing industry shall focus on insiae improvement ana product quality and try to be invisible champion in this industry.To be a qualified invisible champion in this industry,the company in special metal pressure vessel industry shall reach following three targets.The first target is that the turnover shall be one of the top three in the market.Meanwhile,compared with other competitors,the company shall be the leader measured with technology and quality.The second target is that the sales shall reach one hundred million US Dollars with the key market of international market.The third target is that the public awareness is low and without IPO.
