Effect Analysis Of Public-Private Partnership Applied In Oriental Landscape

Under the background of rapid economic development in China,urban construction and industrialization have been greatly accelerated.The pollution of the ecological environment such as soil,river and wetland in urban and rural areas is becoming more and more serious.It has the characteristics of low public profit and low profitability,which bring great pressure to the local government.Under the dual demand of environmental management and government financial distress,the PPP has gradually developed to alleviate the burden and pressure of the government.Based on the theory of PPP model,this paper analyzes the process of PPP model applying by Oriental Landscape through case analysis,then explores its successful experience.This paper discusses the advantages and effectiveness of the application of PPP in Oriental Landscape from the three aspects:corporate financial data,Chinese Listed Company Evaluation System and PPP order quantity.It is concluded that the core technology is promoted through diversified financing channels.Through the acquisition in ecological restoration industry,Oriental Landscape acquired the whole industry chain coverage to provide design,construction,operation to support the PPP project,these are the advantage of Oriental Landscape when applying PPP.This paper summarizes the experience of the Oriental Landscape in the process of applying the PPP model and the problems faced by the social capital in the PPP project,and puts forward the experience and suggestions.This paper argues that the environmental protection enterprises can use PPP to increase the value of enterprises.For the project income and financing difficulties,enterprises should be aware of the nature of the PPP' low profit and increase the means of external credit to obtain financing.The government should monitor the quality of the project,provide protection for the return of social capital and to innovate the financing platform.
