Our Country Environmental Protection Enterprise Financing Efficiency Research

The12th Five-Year Plan for national economic and social development proposed to speed up the transformation of economic growth, develop circular economy, protect environment; accelerate the construction of resource-conserving, environment-friendly society, promote harmony among economic development, population, resources, and the environment. Therefore, our country develops the environmental protection enterprises vigorously is the trend of development. However, the environmental protection enterprises are facing many serious financing conflicts, there resource allocation is not reasonable, and there funds sources is relatively homogeneous. Therefore, the study of the environmental protection enterprises financing system, from the comb of the environmental firms finance efficiency affecting factors and construction of evaluation system, guiding environmental protection enterprises to have a deep understanding of the factors that affects financing efficiency, under the correct understanding of the key factors the firms improve there financing efficiency, then establish their competitive advantage through the rational use of funds. These measures have great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance on protecting the accomplishment the12th Five-Year Plan target and promoting healthy development on economic and social.There are four parts in the thesis, the first part explained the background and significance of this study, proposed a series of problems, determine the study perspective, and briefly describe the research methods, technology roadmap and framework. The second part is theory basis, mainly describe the corporate finance theory and the related literature review, then defining the financing efficiency and range of environmental protection enterprises. The third part has a description of current situation and problems faced by the environment enterprises, then has an empirical analysis on financing efficiency, combining with the information entropy based on objective weighting method, obtained the financing efficiency of the overall situation of our country’s environmental protection enterprises, and the main affecting factors. After further analysis of these factors, the thesis gave some other relative conclusions. The final part is suggestions for improving the finance efficiency of environmental protection corporate.
