A Study On The Venture Financing Environment Of University Students In Shanxi Province

Currently,economy and GDP growth rate in Shanxi Province continue to go down,but college graduates continue to increase,under this circumstance,the employment situation of college graduates is becoming more and more serious.In order to alleviate the employment pressure of college graduates in Shanxi Province,to promote the employment of university students,the provincial government actively introduced to promote entrepreneurship policy,the entrepreneurship of university students as an effective way to alleviate the employment pressure of college students,and the core problem of entrepreneurship is that the financing environment of Shanxi college students venture financing environment is still in the exploratory stage,there are few theoretical research in that field.O n the one hand,as the main body of the entrepreneurship,college students lack experience,understanding of venture capital,and the accumulation of human,financial resources;on the other hand,the financial system of Shanxi province is not perfect,the financing market is not developed,and the financing of college students is difficult.Therefore,this paper studies the venture capital environment of Shanxi Province,which is helpful to the evaluation and analysis of the financing environment,and tt is of theoretical and practical significance to improve the entrepreneurial enthusiasm and success rate of college students.This paper aims to help solve the financing problems of Shanxi college students,improve the environment o f college students' venture capital,and study the environment of venture capital.O n the one hand,based on the summary of domestic and foreign research literature and the basic theory of venture capital environment,combined with the qualitative analysis and expert advice,this paper puts forward the environmental indicator system,delphy method was used to carry on the preliminary screening and testing,and then the AHP was used to set up and test the weight of the indicators;On the other hand,this paper uses questionnaire survey method to investigate the basic situation of Shanxi college students' venture capital environment and financing environment.First of all,the basic survey method of questionnaire was designed,and the questionnaire data were a nalyzed by scientific methods,Secondly,through the actual survey of Shanxi province college students venture capital environment index system was verified,Finally,this paper analyzes the problems of Shanxi venture capital environment and put forward relevant policy recommendations.The empirical study shows that the evaluation index system of venture capital in Shanxi province is feasible.The environment of venture capital can be evaluated from three aspects: financial environment,government support a nd social environment.There are some problems such as weak financing of venture capital,insufficient policy intensity and lack of financial support in Shanxi province,we should constantly improve the college students' entrepreneurial financing environme nt fom these aspects;from the initial inspection,expert scoring test,survey and statistical test to verify the three aspects of venture capital environment index system;The innovation of this paper is as follows: at home and abroad,the research on venture capital environment is relatively few,this paper takes Shanxi Province as an example,analyzes the environment of venture capital,and puts forward the evaluation index system of venture capital financing environment;economic in Shanxi Province is weak,the financing environment is poor,this paper points out the problems existing in the venture capital financing environment of Shanxi through the combination of practical investigation and theoretical research and hope to provide reference for government's policy recommendations.
