Then the problems of the venture capital industry in China, specially ones about the Chinese venture capital industry policy environment have get attention of the enterprisers, the academic circles and the government officers.After comprehensive dredging the venture capital related theory knowledge, try my best to grasp the venture capital outline, the venture capital characteristic, the venture capital principle well and truly. At the same time, I take the above-mentioned content as the academic base of this paper. After introducing the world venture capital survey, the paper has analyzed the venture capital industry in our country objectively and fairly, I think there are six achievements and six main problems about the venture capital industry in our country. But the policy environment the venture capital industry in our country is the direct cause these problems. Then, this article has analyzed the policy environment system of the venture capital industry in our country roundly and valued it objectively and fairly in the third chapter. So I think we must take the development requirement of the venture capital industry into count during revising "Company Law" and "Partnership enterprise Law", appeared "Venture capital Business management Temporary provisions" and "Venture capital Fund Law", improve the intellectual property rights protection legal system, establish the nationwide venture capital association, take more tax preferential measures to the venture capital enterprises and the high-tech enterprises, set up the venture capital fund guided by the government and so on. Especially, I analyze detailedly the tax preferential measures of the venture capital industry in our country in present and bring forward some corresponding innovation projects. Lastly I demonstrate the feasibility of setting up the venture capital fund guided by government in China.Although there are many problems about the Chinese venture capital industry in present, the author believed that the Chinese venture capital industry will face with another development spring with our country policy environment unceasing improvement.
