Through the method of literature research and field investigation, the case of HZZY company, analyzes the environment of internal control in HZZY company. With the development of modern enterprises,the internal control environment is perfect or not,directly related to the internal management of enterprises.To strengthen the control in the enterprise has an important practical value and significance to standardize corporate governance,strengthen internal audit and financial management and so on. To sum up, it is necessary for every enterprise to strengthen the control of the enterprise, so as to help the enterprise to develop more stably.Based on the overview of the internal control environment,. this paper analyzes the deficiencies of the company,and puts forward some advice. On the basis of the study of this paper, the internal control includes four aspects: the management of the company, the internal audit, the management of human resources and the construction of corporate culture. Then according to the four dimensions of the internal control environment of HZZY company conducted a survey, the survey said, at present HZZY company in the four aspects mentioned above there are significant problems, which is on the other hand reflects the HZZY corporate governance is not perfect, the lack of internal audit, ignoring the enterprise human resources management the construction of enterprise culture,lack of features,the existence of these problems is very unfavorable to the development of the company. Then the article analyzes the main reasons of the internal control environment of HZZY company, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The article thinks that the HZZY company needs to improve the internal control environment construction, to standardize corporate governance,clear the board of directors,supervisors and managers of the responsibilities,determine the separation of property rights,the reasonable restriction of managers,to protect the interests of small shareholders, in addition to set up internal audit institutions, audit independence of internal audit organization guarantee, to strengthen the the internal audit staff training, improve internal audit methods, promote the improvement of internal audit. In order to improve the human resource system, further improving the salary incentive system,reasonable planning staff occupation career development, strengthen the training of the talents.The process will shift the focus to the construction of the enterprise culture construction through the above,this means to urge the core values of the enterprise,we should actively guide the employees to participate in the building of enterprise culture, so that employees can understand and follow the corporate culture, corporate culture, providing the spiritual power of infinite for the development of enterprises.
