In recent years,the concept of corporate culture in our country has been more and more widely recognized.However,there are two phenomena in the process of cultural construction.The mission and vision of the company's mission only remain verbal,and cultural heritage is not enough.Talent is the core competitiveness of a company.How the company manages and utilizes talents well and allows everyone to maximize their value in enterprise development is the core of human resource management research.Corporate culture is soft power.If we can combine the company's core values with human resources management,not only can the concept of human resources be culturally inherited,the spirit of enterprise can be truly established,and they can influence each other from a spiritual and behavioral perspective.In the course of forging ahead,the company has fully exerted its subjective initiative and continuously promoted the development of the enterprise.In the nearly 20 years since the establishment of CM,the company has achieved pioneering development from scratch,from small to large,and from weak to strong,with pioneering spirit and hard work.The achievements and excellent services have achieved rapid economic development.In recent years,the company has been affected by the external environment and industry competition,and the phenomenon of separation has emerged.If the company' s culture and human resources management can be combined with each other,employees can get more benefits.The sense of belonging to many companies,the companys core values truly become a common understanding of employees,so that the company has always maintained the spirit of pioneering in social development.This article discusses human resources management from the perspective of corporate culture.The first is to theoretically analyze the necessity and feasibility of the integration of corporate culture and human resources management,and then implement the theoretical results on the CM company.Through the investigation and analysis of the company's status quo and problems,it proposes a model of selection and employment,training Three dimensions of system,performance and compensation management Build a human resource management model based on corporate culture,ensure the effective implementation of CM's human resource management model based on corporate culture through three aspects of plan organization,implementation assurance and feedback summary,and further consolidate corporate culture The theory combined with human resource management can provide reference for peers or other companies in human resource management.
