Research On The Influence Of Industry Monopoly On China's Income Gap

The Income level can not only reflect people's living standards,but also can reflect a person's dignity and social status.Social and economic development today,the income gap to expand the problem,more and more prominent,especially in some administrative monopoly industries,continued for many years of high income caused more and more social problems.The administrative monopoly industry uses the monopoly position given by the state,obtains excess profits,does not improve the social welfare as expected,but through the "internal distribution",widens the income gap with the competitive industry,undermines the social fairness,causing people's discontent.From the perspective of administrative monopoly,this paper analyzes the income of administrative monopoly industry and competitive industry in recent years,and studies the monopoly characteristics of various industries in our country.We use the econometric model to analyze the influence of administrative monopoly on China's income gap,and This paper makes a quantitative analysis on the influencing factors of the income gap between China's industry,and finally puts forward some policy suggestions.The first part of this paper is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic.The second part is the literature review,from the research monopoly,income gap and empirical research three angles of the current domestic and foreign research on the situation.The third part is the characteristics of China's monopoly industries,as well as the characteristics of income distribution,combined with the data from 2003 to 2014,pointed out that China's administrative monopoly industry,the average income level is much higher than other industries.The fourth part is the empirical analysis.Firstly,the income gap between the administrative monopoly industry and the non-monopoly industry is studied by using the Kiel index decomposition method.The influence coefficient of the administrative monopoly on the income is also analyzed by using the principal component analysis method.Finally,Data model,analyzes the influence factors of the income gap between the industry in China,and concludes that the administrative monopoly is the main factor influencing the widening income gap.The fifth part analyzes how the administrative monopoly causes the income gap.Part 6 combines the above research to give relevant policy recommendations.
